Ashley Heddy has been a student of yoga since 2003 and an active practitioner of Hatha yoga and meditation, as well as a student of yogic philosophy. She was certified through the Yoga Institute in Houston where she did an immersion training in yogic philosophy and the business of yoga. Currently she is pursuing her 500 hour registered yoga teacher certification with Cora Wen- Yoga Bloom. I found this site when I was looking for yoga & Lawton. I may be moving there soon and the first thing I need is yoga. The second may be a job. No the second may be a friend. Really what can you tell me about yoga in the lawton area?

Are you Military? There are only 2 places that I know of that you can take yoga here one is with us at the studio and there is the YMCA.
