Hey there. I know its been a while since I have posted.  Here is am update as to where Im teaching and how you can hook up and do some yoga with me.

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 9:30-10:30 am   @ Lawton/Ft Sill YMCA

Tuesday and Thursday 12-1pm @ Shape Fitness in Chickasha

Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-630pm @ Yoonhee Yoga in Lawton

Also Saturday June 1st and 15th 10:30am @ Yoonhee Yoga

Schedule Update for March and April

Things are going well with all of my classes!  I’m so excited to be teaching this much now.  Hopefully I can start to add some more classes soon too.  Here is the schedule for the next couple of months.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

 

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30-10:30 at Lawton Ft Sill YMCA.  (I know that they do a day pass for $10 and monthly family memberships which include child care are $45)

Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 Hatha Yoga at Lawton’s newest Yoga studio Yoonhee Yoga Studio.  (Check her Facebook and website for pricing.)

Saturdays from 9-10 at Goldner Gym on Ft Sill.  This class is FREE to all Military personal and their spouses. (No classes on 3 or 4 day weekends)

 

All classes are beginner friendly and beginners are strongly encouraged to come and get it a try!  Please remember to bring an open mind and be willing to try things!

New Classes and Schedule for February thru March

I have finally been able to add some classes to the schedule.  I will be teaching at the Lawton/Ft Sill YMCA 3x’s a week and at Yoonhee Yoga & Pilates Studio 2x’s a week.   The class that I teach on Ft Sill has been moved from the RTC to Goldner Gym on Saturday mornings.    I’m excited to be teaching more.  I will also be offering my first classes in OKC at Twisted Root Gallery the first one is 2/2/2013.  I’m going to try to have them the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month there.   I look forward to seeing lots of smiling yogis faces in the coming weeks.  Namaste Y’all!

New Year New Intentions.

Hi all!!

I have been away for a bit.  I’m glad that I’m back and ready to teach in the new year.  My classes on Ft Sill wont resume till Saturday February 2 at 9am.   I have several intentions for the new year for myself and my classes.

I will list a few.  I personally like to set intentions for the new year instead of doing resolutions( I was never very good with sticking with the later).

Intentions for me:

  • Journal more
  • Keep knitting.  I just learned how to at the end of 2012
  • Read 20 books at least half of them being yoga books
  • Do meal planning
  • Go to the gym at least 3 times a week for cardio

Intentions for Yoga and teaching:

  • Teach more 2-3 classes a week
  • Finish my 500 RYT
  • Keep a journal of all classes I teach
  • Do play-lists
  • Meditate more
  • Work on my personal practice more and keep a log if it as well
  • Blog more about my journeys as a yoga student and teacher

These are just a few things that I intend to do this year.  Maybe this will give you an idea about somethings that you want to do as well.

Class Is Back in Session

This Saturday I will resume teaching classes at the RTC on Ft Sill from 9am-10am.

In the next couple of weeks I will be adding some more classes that will be off post. Anyone is welcome to come to either classes. Classes on Ft Sill allow me to have students that are not Military as well.

I cant wait to see smiling yogis this weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience in my schedule lately. Things have been taken care of and everything will be better moving forward. Thank you again!

Intentions for 2012

Yes I’m going to write it down. Maybe all of you can help hold me accountable.

Be Happy! Spread happiness through my being happy.

Get on my yoga mat everyday. Doesnt matter if it’s for 2 minutes or 2 hours. I will get on my mat everyday!

Read at least 4 books this year.

Finish most of my 500 YTT with Cora.

Travel out of the country.

Laugh more
be more positive,
dance more,
hula hoop longer
and drink more water.

Gym minimum of 4 times a week for no less the 45 minutes.

I will learn to knit.

Be nicer to the ones I love. I can be mean. I can be a bitch. I’m just going to try to do less of that stuff and just be nice.

Spend more time with my family and my friends the people I love and that love me the most.

Go on vacation.

Pay off another credit card.

Be more grateful of what I have and say ‘Thank You’ more often.

Give more and expect less.

There is a start at least.

Lets see how I do. Im sure I will be fine.
